Terms and conditions
Last updated: 30 de julio de 2026
These conditions govern the use of the Sbeltia website. By browsing it or by sending an appointment request, you accept what is set out below. If you do not agree with any part of it, we ask you not to use the site.
1. Who owns this site
This website belongs to Grupo Sbeltia S.R.L. (RUC 20609170337), que opera bajo el nombre comercial «Sbeltia», with its registered address at Av. Arequipa 1860, Of. 1702, Edificio IQ Lince — Lince, Lima, Perú. You can contact us at info@sbeltia.pe or on (+51) 927 460 535.
2. The information on this site does not replace a medical consultation
The texts, images and articles published here are for information. They describe plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine procedures in general terms, but they are not a diagnosis, a medical indication or a recommendation for your case. Only an in-person assessment with the specialist can establish which procedure is right for you, if any is.
Do not start or stop any treatment on the basis of what you read on this website alone.
3. Appointment requests
The form on this site is for requesting an appointment, not for confirming one. When you send it we receive your details and get in touch with you to agree a day and time against real availability. The appointment is only confirmed once we tell you so by telephone, WhatsApp or email.
By using the form you undertake to give truthful, up-to-date information. Wrong contact details are the most common reason a request never gets answered.
If you cannot attend, please let us know at least twenty-four hours in advance so the slot can be freed up. Repeatedly missing appointments without notice may limit the booking of new ones.
4. Free assessment consultation
The first assessment consultation is free when booked through the button on this website that expressly says so. Conditions:
- It applies to the first assessment consultation, once per person.
- It applies only to requests sent from the free consultation button on this website. Appointments booked by other means are subject to the current fee.
- It covers the assessment and guidance on the available options. It does not include additional tests, procedures, treatments or the issuing of medical certificates or reports.
- It is subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time; changes do not affect appointments already confirmed.
5. Prices, quotes and payment
This site does not publish fixed prices for procedures, because the cost depends on the assessment of each case, on the technique indicated and on the surgical centre. The quote is given after the consultation, in writing, setting out what is and is not included, and is valid for the period stated in the document itself.
All care is backed by the corresponding payment receipt.
6. About results
Plastic surgery is an obligation of means, not of result. We work with accredited techniques and the best information available, but no professional can guarantee a result identical to someone else's: how each body responds, how it heals and how well the post-operative instructions are followed all bear directly on the final result.
The images published on this site illustrate the content and the clinic itself. Where a real case is shown, it will say so expressly and will have the written authorisation of the person concerned. No image should be taken as a promise of the result you will get.
Every procedure is carried out after the informed consent form has been signed, setting out the technique, the risks, the alternatives and the aftercare.
7. Permitted use of the site
You may browse, read and share links to our content. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to access restricted areas, introduce malicious code, extract data automatically or do anything that affects how it or other users' access works.
8. Intellectual property
The Sbeltia brand, the logo, the texts, the photographs and the design of this site are protected by Legislative Decree No. 822, the Copyright Act, and by industrial property rules. You may quote extracts citing the source and linking to the original page; any full reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires written authorisation.
9. Links to other sites
We may link to third-party pages, such as scientific societies or public bodies. We do not control their content or their policies and we are not answerable for them.
10. Availability of the service
We aim to keep the site continuously available, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or causes beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we are not liable for loss arising from an interruption, save as the law provides.
11. Complaints book
In accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defence Code, Law No. 29571, we keep a Libro de Reclamaciones — the official complaints book — at your disposal. You can record your complaint at the practice or request it by writing to info@sbeltia.pe. We will reply within the legal period of fifteen working days, which may be extended where justified.
Bringing a complaint to us does not prevent you from going to INDECOPI, the Peruvian consumer protection authority, or to any other body the law recognises.
12. Personal data protection
The handling of the information you give us is governed by our privacy policy, which forms part of these conditions.
13. Changes
We may update these conditions to reflect changes in the rules or new services. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the time you use the site, with the update date shown at the top.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Lima, without prejudice to the rights the law gives you as a consumer to go to INDECOPI.
Do you have a question about these conditions? Write to us and we will answer.
